is located in the tower of St. Nicholas' church. It was a gift from a former Rector, Dr. O'Sullivan, before he became Bishop of Tuam.

The clock was installed in 1898. It has three dials facing south, east, and west, and a bell that strikes on the hour.

The north side of the tower is blank. According to local legend, the church refused to give the Poor Clares' Convent "the time of day". In fact, the mechanism could only hold three dials.
