Searching Galway Online
To search using a single keyword, for example, "hotel", "connemara", or "jewellery",
etc., simply type the word into the search box and click the
search button.
ANY KEYWORDS option
If you search for a phrase, the search will display sites
that match ANY of the words in the phrase. That is, it will
search for sites that match keyword 1 OR keyword 2, etc.
For example, if you are searching for hotels in Salthill
and you type "salthill hotels" you will get sites
that match "salthill" (and have nothing to do with
hotels) and also sites that match "hotels" (and
have nothing to do with Salthill). You should use the ALL
keywords option if you want to find hotels in salthill.
ALL KEYWORDS option
By selecting this option you indicate that you are searching
for sites which match ALL of the keywords you type. So, using
the above example, only sites which match both "salthill"
and "hotels" will be displayed. That should provide
more relevant results.
